Chipboard Challenge

I have now completed my second challenge for Little Red Wagon (woo hoo). I made a vintage looking card for my sister as she is older than I am. I used a chipboard flourish with Candy Apple Red Glimmer Mist and Fancy Tags from Spellbinders with some paper I had in my stash.
